MY WAIHEKE HIRE FAQS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order or receive an itemised quote please contact us via the contact page or via email at hire{@}mywaiheke.co.nz listing the items you are interested in hiring (either by their code, or description), the quantity you are after and the date of your event. Please remember to tell us of your venue or delivery address as well, and if known, the preferred timing for delivery/collection .

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver to all locations on Waiheke Island. Our set delivery charges apply for locations between Matiatia to Onetangi. Anything further afar will be priced accordingly. Bookings may be subject to a site visit, if it's a location we've not been to before. Unfortunately we donโ€™t deliver off-Island at this stage.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes we have a minimum hire spend of $300 (GST/delivery exclusive).

CAN YOU SET UP/DISMANTLE THE ITEMS?
We are pleased to quote on a set up and dismantle service for any hire through My Waiheke Hire, however this service is subject to availability, and will be quoted as a separate fee.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
We offer a 1 day hire period for all hire items. For a longer period of hire please enquire with our team. Some booking may be delivered the day before, subject to availability. 

WHAT DO YOU CEREMONY PACKAGES INCLUDE?
Our Ceremony & Drinks Bar Packages include all hire items, delivery and set up as well as a 2-hour wait period for your guests to arrive/depart and the ceremony to take place. This will be extensively detailed in a quote when requested.

HOW DO I BOOK A CEREMONY PACKAGE?
To book your date, contact us with your desired package and ceremony location at your earliest convenience. Bookings may be subject to a site visit, if it's a location we've not been to before. Upon confirming availability we ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date with the balance falling due 30 days out from your wedding.

HOW TO I BOOK HIRE ITEMS?
To secure all items we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance falling due 30 days out from your event. Bookings held within the 30-day period are due the full invoiced amount.

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST? 
Whilst we donโ€™t have a price list we are more than happy to provide you with an itemized quote within a few days of you making contact. To obtain a quote simply email us at hire{@}mywaiheke.co.nz stating the item # and the amount required, if known please also advise if you require our delivery and set up/dismantle service.
